I’ve read an article by Priya Nair on the health benefits of Kukicha tea. Specifically she wrote about the calcium content. I’m a vegan, a practicing pharmacist and have a strong interest in nutrition. The fear of not getting enough calcium as a vegan is understandable and the claims made in the article are very interesting. I’d be very grateful if Ms Nair could share the original resource upon which she made the remarks, so that I can be confident to share this with my patients.
