Here is summary of goat milk soap making – You need to have 2 cup of fresh frozen goats milk, around 100 gram of lye (sodium hydroxide), 1.5 cup of coconut oil, >10 gram of some essential oil as per your choice. Whole process is to be performed using rubber gloves and googles. Frozen milk is to mixed part by part with lye in a bowl using wooden or rubber spoon. In a pan, oil is allowed to heat till saponifaction point. This oil is then slowly mixed with lye mixture and blended well with a hand/electric blender, till is smooth and uniform. Pour this in moulds of your choice and allow to cool and set at ambient temperature for 1-2 days. Remove your home made goat soap from mould and enjoy its benefits. And keep in mind, goat milk soap do not smell like goats!!

This section show you how homemade goat’s milk hand lotion making is easy and worth trying out. First step is to make oil mixture. For this in a pan heat on low flame, 3 tbsp of coconut oil with 1 ½ tbsp of beewax till it melts. Add to this 3 tbsp of almond oil, 1 tsp of apricot oil, 1 tsp of watermelon seed oil. You can add few drops of fragrant essential oil – lavender or rose works well. Now pour a cup of condensed goat milk in oil mixture; if that is not available raw goat milk will also work.
