How to make Mulberry Muffin?

mulberry muffinsPreheat oven at 180 C. Grease a muffin tray.  In a bowl beat 150 g butter, 2 egg, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup yogurt. Combine 2 cup multi grain or wheat flour, 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda in a bowl. I Combine contents of both bowls and mix till even. Add a cup of fresh washed mulberries. Pour the mixture in muffin tray and bake for 20 or more minutes at 120 C until the muffins are golden brown from outside.

Mulberry Juice / Cocktail

Wash 12 to 14 fresh red mulberries. Muddle the mulberries and strain pulp through medium sievve. Discard the remaining or wash your skin with the extract for enjoying benefits of mulberry for skin. Add 2 tsp of sugar to the pulp. Add some cold water. Serve with freshly cut mulberry pieces and ice cubes.
