Amla oil requires an oil base. Coconut oil or sesame oil are commonly used oil base. Soak Dry amla powder in oil and let it remain for 4-5 days. Heat the oil in a pan till you see fumes coming out. Allow it to cool and then filter oil to remove residue. Filtered oil is amla oil and can be stored in container.

Amla oil is generally applied and massaged to hair and scalp at night and left overnight to be absorbed by hair and scalp. You would realize, Amla oil works wonders once you wash hair next day. Benefits of Amla Oil

Amla Oil for facial hair
Young men wanting to increase their bread growth to look matured may use amla oil. Amla or Indian gooseberry oil is very effective in promoting facial hair growth. Just massage the amla oil onto our face and keep it for about 15 -20 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water. There is an alternative method for the growth of facial hair growth. Wash some mustard leaves and grind it to paste. Add few drops of amla oil to it and then apply it to the face. Keep for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with water. Repeat this method for 4 times a week. The remaining mixture can be kept in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Precautions / Side effects
If you are particular about your hair color or have blond hair, then amla oil should be used with caution. Amla oil naturally induces skin and hair pigmentation, leading to darker hair.
